Photo of the Week

"I found this one when touring a home remodeling site in Arizona," a correspondent writes. "The contractor used this method as a portable light. While somewhat ingenious, it is also quite hazardous." To avoid being left in the dark, most people would get a trouble light, an extension cord and an outlet. Not this guy. Why bother with all that stuff when you can make do with a live wire and a couple alligator clips? This is a real confidence-builder for your average homeowner, who is left wondering what other innovations this guy developed. On the risk management scale, 10 is fool-proof and 1 is proof of a fool. This contraption is a 1. |
